  1. In the process of starting a Chester Sq. branch of “Crime Stopper’s”. Associated with the BPD, IRIS from Charlestown is awaiting between 4-5 names able to volunteer. When associated the BPD will guide these individual’s with knowledge required to be most effective with a neighborhood watch.
