Zoom, in-person, hybrid meetings?
507 Mass Ave Lodging House License application – an interesting proposal for the building next to MIDA restaurant would create eight “Lodging Units”, each with its own living room, bedroom, bath and kitchenette. Here is a management plan proposed by North Coast Group.

Elected officials are invited to meet and greet neighbors
Notes from December 7 meeting
Mass Ave Coalition Wreaths – Have you seen them? Mass Ave Coalition’s four neighborhoods wrapped 96 wreaths with lights and plugged them into Mass Ave light poles, from St Botolph St to Albany St! Many thanks to our volunteers and to generous neighbors, including Northeastern University.
Civic Power Pledge – Easy & fun ways for neighbors to build strength for our neighborhood and our city.
CSN 2022 leadership – Do you want more of the same? Tweak or change things?
Sustainability Tip – Too Good to Go
Notes from November meeting
Mass Ave Coalition Wreaths – Thanks to our generous neighbors, including Northeastern University, we’ve raised the funds we need to purchase wreaths for Mass Ave light poles from St Botolph St to Albany St! Who can join in (Saturday 12/3 at 10:30) to help wrap the wreaths with lights and bows, or climb up to plug them in? We could use one more stepladder (8’ best), so we can have four climbing teams. We’ll meet in Chester Park (near 543 Mass Ave.) and there will be refreshments. Please let us know if you plan to be there Saturday!
