Chester Square Neighbors 
For the agenda: I’d like to have an update on Parish Café’s proposal for a sidewalk café. Some of us have been trying to work with their plan to figure out what it means for the remaining sidewalk and the trees there, but we’ve had difficulty keeping up with the evolving plans and assurances. Last week (4/19/12), Parish Café submitted a plan dated 4/17/12 to the Public Improvement Commission. This appears to be different from the plan offered at CSANA’s April meeting and a third plan submitted to the Parks Dept for an upcoming hearing before the tree warden.
