Chester Square Neighbors 
I have just heard that Parish Café’s proposal for a sidewalk café and Parish Café’s sponsorship of the annual picnic were discussed at last night’s meeting. I regret I did not know this in advance – I’d have liked to be there for both items and for the conversation about rats! I understand that, in the last few months I’ve also missed the election of a new board.
Is it because people do not know what may be of interest on any particular agenda that more residents are not involved in CSANA? Would the current officers be willing to create and post an agenda for each meeting at least a few days before each meeting and to avoid taking a position on any item that has not had advance notice?
