2. Three years ago, Chester Square Neighbors envisioned The Alexandra preserved as a boutique hotel. Many neighbors are pleased that The Alexandra Partners have proposed to restore the façade and build a hotel within. But the “expanded project notification form (EPNF)” shows a 155.5-ft-high structure behind the 66-ft-high facade. What do we want to negotiate with the Alexandra Partners?
