McAllaster House (526 Mass Ave) is undergoing extensive renovations. Required roof-water infiltration system leaves only 2 ft soil depth in the front yard – insufficient to replace the cherry tree. The meeting agreed to support the proposed planting plan, designed to complement the oak tree in the sidewalk nearby.
