Discussion o f: A motion to timely file a letter with the PIC and appropriate City Councilors opposing the Parish Cafe’s modified sidewalk cafe plan as it abuts the inside dining room area, as in that area sufficient sidewalk right-of-way is not provided for pedestrian/wheel chair traffic, and because the proposed footprint is inadequate for safety of its patrons; that further the sidewalk cafe should be restricted to abutting their kitchen which provides ample sidewalk area for unrestricted usage by both the Cafe and passersby as well as by tenants of the apartments above the Cafe.
