will present their concept plan to restore the façade & build a 150-key
hotel.

• Proposal to build 5 units (6,000 sf), in rear yard of 527 Mass Ave (“223 Northampton”)
• Homelessness/Recovery Working Group (Medical marijuana proposed for 591 Albany)
• NU’s “Beautiful Data” class will collect data along Mass Ave & Washington St, near The Alexandra, to see how the public space is shared and to show performance. Is it efficient, healthful, equitable? They will present data visualization to CSN Dec 5.
• NU graduate student will audit CSN’s communications & make recommendations to increase awareness of CSN
